1) Everybody wants to be happy!! The thing is that most people don't really know and understand what it takes to be happy. Being happy includes God’s 3 greatest blessings- Salvation and Eternal Life (Be saved), a loving spouse and offspring. It is Hope of achieving a balance in four areas of life. Spiritually, Socially(family, friends and associates), Healthily(physically, mentally and emotionally) and Financially. Fulfillment in one, two or three of these areas alone will not make someone happy. It takes all four and hopefully a balance. As long as an individual has hope of achieving somewhat of a balance or fulfillment in these areas, that puts them in a direction of happiness. This is not destination or a particular juncture in life, but one continuous journey of a lifetime. As soon as they lose hope, that is a dramatic point in their life. We grouped things in 4 areas like the four legs of a chair or a table. Other books and reference sources may have success and happiness described in five, six seven or more areas. The number is not as important as is the principle of balance in these areas just as you would want a table or a chair to be balanced.

Listed below are several verses. We must remember 2 Timothy 2:15 "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." This makes things personal to you. These are some verses that we have read and studies which makes them personal to us. Our prayer and desire is that you study and make many verses related to these principles personal to you.

To help remember things, take a look at the back of your right hand. We will associate a principle and scriptures to each finger.

2) A Ministry of One (you !!)  To be “A Tongue-tied Christian Example”

You by the life example that you set- where as The Tongue of your mouth (what you say) is in harmony with The Tongue of your shoe (what you do) - can lead someone to Christ.
Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven
1Timothy 4:11 These things command and teach. 12: Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. (You- thru your thoughts, words and deeds-may be the only Bible someone else reads).

3) Improving Family Relationships

A key part of this is Prayer. We all have heard the saying “A family that prays together-stays together”.
We look to Luke chapter 15 as an example of a Family Reunion. Reading, studying and meditating on this chapter and its contents- allows us to experience the knowledge, understanding and the wisdom within this chapter for the family. Its contents include God’s recipe for a complete Family Reunion. It combines the 7 F’s (family, faith, fellowship, friends, food in a fun and festive atmosphere) with the 7 R’s(relatives, reach-out, recall, reconcile(with forgiveness being a key component-forgiving the other person and forgiving yourself Matthew 6:14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: Matthew 6:15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.), rejoice, reminisce and re-union). Also included is the Parable of the Prodigal Son and an often used example for the results of a Family Prayer. Symbolically we have talked about the Prodigal Son where in real life this extends to include any Prodigal relative or Prodigal family member (e.g. son, daughter, brother, sister etc.). When we have the combination of a faith based fellowship with family, friends and food in a fun festival like atmosphere where relatives have reached out , recalled, reconciled, rejoiced, reminisced and reunited at the Family Reunion, that will be the Best Reunion which will lead to The Ultimate Family Reunion with our Father in Heaven.
